Federal Title was absolutely amazing. We had lots of little issues with the contract, insurance and paperwork-- but Anthea Higgins and the team worked overtime, extremely hard to get us to closing. They even helped correct many mistakes in the original contract to save money on taxes at closing. They were also the best priced. Highly recommend them 💯💯💯💯

We loved working with Federal Title! Evan was our closing agent and did an excellent job coordinating with all involved parties on our behalf. Our closing was a bit more eventful (not due to Federal Title) than anticipated but Evan remained calm and gracefully guided us through closing. He stayed past normal working hours to ensure we could close on our settlement date and helped resolved key issues. I would highly recommend working with Evan and Federal Title!
