Annuetta Young is the pre-closing manger and is responsible for opening all of our files. Annuetta has 10+ years of experience in the title industry as a title examiner/abstractor and a settlement coordinator.
She examines all of our new sales contracts and title requests and then enters the relevant information into our databases. Ms. Young also obtains property assessment information and tax information and assists with settlement coordinators duties before the files are given to the assigned settlement coordinator.
