Established in 1996
Independently owned and operated, fully licensed and full service, Federal Title & Escrow Company began doing business on a desk company founder Todd Ewing made from a piece of wood stretched across a couple of sawhorses.
Today the company's main office is located in the District's Friendship Heights neighborhood and employs a staff of 16. A second location began operating on the 14th Street Corridor in the fall of 2015.

We primarily serve Maryland, Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. We recently opened a second location above the 14th Street Corridor. Though the majority of our clients prefer to settle in the main office, our attorneys can travel to a number of satellite offices in the DC metro area. We also provide title and settlement services in South Florida through our Miami-Dade affiliate office.
